Seemed fine overall, but I was told 14 homes were sold in 2025, while documentation I’ve seen indicates it was closer to 3. That discrepancy is concerning — I’d recommend confirming details before moving forward

You’d have to understand Chris… honestly, zero stars. Anyone at Exit Realty or Homelife in Charlottetown would tell you the same. As for Northern Lights—Jamie Larkin is a great guy, truly one of the nicest around.
